Shipping
Where can I track my order?
You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking id.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping days in Germany are 3 - 5 workdays.
Shipping days in other countries are 5 - 7 workdays.
In some cases, it may take longer.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
Under Shipping you'll find a list with all shipping costs.
Can I change adress after ordering?
Only if the order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can change the adress for you.

Return
Can I return my order?
As soon as you receive your package you have 14 days to return the parcel. When returning a product everything needs to be in the condition it came in otherwise we cannot refund the amount.

Can I exchange size?
If you ordered the wrong size or color you have those options.
1. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, send us an email to team@timetobetorn.com and we can change it for you.
2. If you already received your order send us an email at team@timetobetorn.com and we will help you change your order.
How soon will I recieve my refund?
As soon as your item has arrived at our warehouse and got checked by us, you'll receive your funds back.

In some countries you might not have all payment methods available.
Others
If the product I want is sold out, when will it be available again?
If a product is sold out, there could be multiple reasons.
1. We currently don't have the product in stock anymore, and need some time to produce it again.
2. The product was limited and might return in the future.

What if my product came damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, please take a picture of the damaged product and email us to team@timetobetorn.com.
We can either
- give you your money back
- send you a brand-new product
as soon as the damaged product arrives at our warehouse.
